"The Student’s Voice" is born, the space for your voice in the University

Starting today, The Student’s Voice is active, the University's new web platform created to welcome the voice of students and improve, together, teaching and support services.

The channel is open to any type of feedback, whether it is a suggestion, the reporting of a problem, a formal complaint, or an appreciation; every contribution will be useful to refine the quality of the PhD Programs.

Anonymity is guaranteed because the system does not track personal data or IP addresses and does not send automatic emails. The recipient of the message will exclusively see the written text, with no possibility of tracing the author.

The procedure to use the service is very simple.

You only need to connect to the address https://studentsvoice.unifi.it, select the Doctorate and the PhD Program, write the text, and submit.

Upon submission, the platform will display a unique numerical code, called a TOKEN, which is essential to note down and keep carefully. Since the portal is totally anonymous, the TOKEN is the only key to re-enter the platform, monitor the case, and read the response (expected within 30 days).

Please remember, however, that you always have the option to make use of anonymous reports directed to the professor on the course evaluation questionnaire, to be filled out starting from ⅔ of each academic period.
